Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns to senior staff. Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity. Document care activities accurately using digital systems. Drive company vehicles to transport clients when necessary. Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle. Previous experience in home care or similar settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of professionalism. Ability to follow detailed care plans. Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. Flexibility and reliability.
