We are seeking

dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants

to join our growing team in Manchester. You'll play a key role in empowering individuals to live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

- Please note: This is a Drivers Only role. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
? We do not offer sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
? Minimum 6 months of experience in the healthcare/care sector is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, support with meals, medication prompts, and daily living tasks Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Operate care equipment confidently (training provided*)

What We're Looking For:

? Minimum

6 months' experience

in the healthcare or care sector
? A valid

UK driving license

and access to a

reliable vehicle

? Good communication skills - able to

spoken and written English

? Compassionate, dependable, and people-oriented
? Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
? Basic mechanical understanding for operating equipment (training provided)
