At Trinity House, we provide exceptional Residential, Nursing, Respite, and Dementia care for up to 55 residents in a modern, purpose-built home designed for comfort and dignity. We are now looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you have years of experience or are completely new to care, if you have a caring nature and a positive attitude, this is your chance to be part of a team that makes a real difference every single day.

What We Offer



12.70 per hour Contracted to 33 hours per week Paid PVG and pension scheme Free uniform and convenient on-street parking 5.6 weeks' annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Ongoing training, support, and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications

What You Will Do



As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily routines, personal care, and mobility, always with kindness and respect. You'll help promote independence, assist with meals and hydration, and work with the wider team to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and engaged. Your support will make everyday life more meaningful for those you care for.

What We're Looking For



We welcome candidates with or without previous care experience. SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and care experience are desirable but not essential -- full training will be provided. Most importantly, you bring empathy, reliability, and a commitment to working as part of a team that puts residents first.
