We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Care Workers for both ourcurrent Edinburgh home, Northcare Suites and our new Northcare Home Winton Suites Opening March 2026.

Shift Patterns - 8am to 9pm for dayshift, and 9am - 8am for nightshift - working alternate weekends
We have excellent full-time posts, day and nightshift available.

To look after the emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centered approach To physically assist clients and help them where required To offer care that is based on dignity, compassion, wellbeing and responsiveness to their changing needs To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders To actively support other Care Workers
