## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of residents.

## Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals
- Support residents in maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Document resident observations and report any changes in health or behaviour

## Requirements
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
- Previous experience in home care or care home settings is desirable
- Basic reading and writing skills for recording information accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families
