• Provide personal care and support to individuals with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of individuals.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in health condition.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in social activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the care environment.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other care staff and family members.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a care or support role of 3-6 month.
• A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
• An enhanced Access Ni check will be required (company will support this).
• Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines in a care setting.
• NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
