About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate

Care Assistants

who are trained in

Epilepsy and Dysphagia

to join our team in

Exeter

. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to residents in a healthcare environment.

Requirements:

? Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Care Assistant in the UK
? Trained and competent in Epilepsy and Dysphagia care
? Up-to-date mandatory training and DBS (on the Update Service preferred)
? Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
? Full-time availability and flexibility with shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex care needs Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and nutrition Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans (where trained and required) Manage and respond appropriately to epilepsy and dysphagia-related care needs Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times Accurately record and update care notes and reports Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
