Community Care Assistant

Rate of Pay:

12.70 to 13.50

Shift Pattern:

Full time and part time opportunities.

We aim to work around your current commitments - For example childcare, older dependents, & studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering compassionate, person-centered care tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each service user Promote dignity and respect through assisting with daily personal care tasks Safely managing and administering medication, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to schedules Providing support with moving and handling tasks, following proper techniques to ensure safety and comfort for service users
