About Us:

Pinewood Residential Home is a family-run 33-bed care facility located on the beautiful cliffs of Budleigh Salterton. With stunning sea views and a warm, friendly team, we provide exceptional care to up to 35 residents in a supportive, respectful environment.

The Role:

Do you enjoy looking after others and making a real difference in their day? We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals to join our care team. Experience isn't essential - what matters most is a dedication to providing excellent personal care and a genuine desire to support others.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting Supporting residents with meals and hydration Helping residents move around safely Providing companionship and emotional support Reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to senior staff Promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times
