Home Care Assistant - Preston & Penwortham Area

Part-Time & Full-Time | Morning-Afternoon shifts | Evening shifts | Alternate Weekends | 13.25-14.50/hr + Paid Travel Time

Location: Preston & Penwortham (within a 3-mile radius) - the majority of our clients live in the Penwortham, Longton and Lostock Hall areas.

Shifts:

Part-time & full-time available to be discussed

Set weekdays & alternate weekends so that you can balance your home and work life

Morning to Afternoon shifts available (7:30am-2pm) Afternoon to Evening shifts available (3pm-9:30pm) See the

same clients each shift

to build trust and rapport.
Pay & Benefits

Mileage contribution

Your Responsibilities

Support with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming) Administer medication (as prescribed) Meal preparation & assistance with feeding if required Light housekeeping/cleaning Companionship & emotional support including social outings Monitor and report changes in client health Follow care plans and risk assessments to deliver safe, person-centered care
