Care Assistant Full Or Part Time

Beech Tree Total Care provides domiciliary care across Kent and Sussex. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of home care to our many clients within their local communities, and in nurturing our staff to reach their full potential.
Our Thanet branch are now looking to recruit new Domiciliary Healthcare Assistants to work a variety of shift patterns in the Ash area - these include working hours of 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends. We have full or part time work available.
No experience is needed and full training is provided.
You will need to offer commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, deliver the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible and enjoy working alone and as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential.
The role itself is varied, hard work but incredibly rewarding, you must be willing to provide the following:
Assist with all personal care needs - to include washing/dressing/toileting
Medication Support
Meal Preparation
Light Domestic duties/shopping when required
Social and Emotional Support - to include Community outings and Companionship calls
Any additional tasks as needed
