What You'll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents with kindness, dignity, and compassion. Your duties will include:
Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting residents with mobility and ensuring safety and comfort
Helping during mealtimes, including serving food and assisting with eating where needed
Encouraging independence and social interaction
Building trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Ensuring that residents feel valued and always respected
Who We're Looking For:
A caring, patient and reliable nature
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable (and rewarded with a higher pay rate!)
No previous experience needed - just the right values and a desire to care
