You must be able to
Follow instructions as requested by the Home Manager/Nurse in Charge/CTL.
Ensure that the premises are always kept secure.
Ensure that any information collected during the performing of duties is kept confidential.
Attend and participate in staff meetings.
Attend supervision sessions with your supervisor.
Attend Appraisal meetings with the Manager.
Ensure breaks are taken at the agreed times, which must be staggered.
Ensure any records relating to your duties are kept up to date as required.
