Rise 'n' Shine! Care Worker Wanted - Howard Court Care Home Ltd

Are you the kind of person who's fully awake at 7am (or at least willing to pretend)? Can you bring smiles, laughter, and top-notch care to our residents while they're sipping their morning tea? Then we need you on our team!

We're looking for an early shift Care Worker to join our friendly, lively crew and make mornings brighter for our wonderful residents.

The Details:

Hours: 4 early shifts a week (7:00am - 4:00pm)

Weekends: Every other weekend off (sleep in on your days off!)

Pay: 13 an hour (because mornings deserve a little extra sparkle )

What we need from you:

A caring, patient nature (and maybe a love for coffee as strong as your heart).

A solid background in care (residential, nursing, or domiciliary experience ideal).

The ability to greet each resident with warmth, even if they're grumbling about getting up before 8am.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting residents with their morning routines, breakfast, and all the little things that make a big difference.

Bringing joy, kindness, and maybe a sprinkle of silliness to each morning.

Being part of a team that laughs together, cares together, and occasionally competes for "best porridge ladle technique."
