Job Title: Care Assistant

Glenmachan Care Home

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must pass an AccessNI background check
