Shifts:

5 x 7-hour shifts per week

Shift Pattern:

Rota-based, mixture of

7:00-14:00

and

14:00-21:00

Stable, Permanent Care Role in a Supportive Home

Danygraig House is looking for a Care Assistant to join our established care team on a permanent basis. This role offers consistent hours, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference to residents' daily lives.

We provide residential care for adults, including people living with mental health conditions and dementia, delivering care that is person-centred, respectful, and compassionate.

Your Role

You will support residents with their daily care and wellbeing, including:

Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Supporting mobility and daily routines Helping with meals, drinks, and hydration Providing emotional support and companionship Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to senior staff

What We're Looking For

Kind, dependable, and caring approach Previous care experience

preferred

NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

preferred

Willingness to work rota-based shifts, including every other weekend Registered with Social Care Wales or willing to register
