About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated

Care Assistant

to join our care team in

London

. This is a

full-time role

for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and can travel between service users' homes --

a driver's licence is required

for this role.

You'll provide personal and practical support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and companionship to service users in their homes. Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records. Assist with mobility and promote independence. Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families. Travel between visits safely and punctually.

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence

and access to a vehicle (essential).

Previous care experience

preferred (minimum 6 months desirable). Right to work in the UK. Caring, patient, and reliable nature. Excellent communication and time management skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
