Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents Help create a warm, caring atmosphere Support and encourage resident participation in a variety of activities to promote motivation and wellbeing Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a care home setting is essential

A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
