Atrium Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants who want to make a positive difference to the healthcare sector. We are supporting some of the most prestigious Care Homes in the UK and continue to offer outstanding person-centred care on a daily basis. We support adults in various settings such as residential, Nursing, and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs. We are seeking individuals who want to join our fantastic team and continue to represent Atrium Healthcare to the highest of standards and deliver person centred care to all service users we support.
The successful candidate will have:

\xc2\xb7A minimum of 3 months UK care experience

The Key Responsibilities of the job role:
\xc2\xb7Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
\xc2\xb7Aid all services users in need of assistance
\xc2\xb7Promoting independency to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing etc)
\xc2\xb7Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
\xc2\xb7Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
\xc2\xb7Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
\xc2\xb7Work closely in a holistic approach to care
\xc2\xb7Attending social outings when required - cinema, appointments etc
