Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant in our residential care home located at Martham Lodge. If you have a genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary Supporting residents with mobility and physical activities Promoting independence and ensuring the emotional well-being of residents Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care home team

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the elderly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Flexibility to work any days, including every other weekend Day Shifts 7am to 2pm and 1pm to 9pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.30-12.50 per hour

Licence/Certification:

NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
Work Location: In person
