Hampton Care Home is a spacious, purpose-built home in the London suburb of Hampton, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care for up to 76 residents. Set across three floors with generous ensuite bedrooms, dedicated staff teams and secure landscaped gardens, the home offers a safe, supportive and welcoming environment designed for comfort, dignity and quality of life.

Location:

Hampton Care Home, Upper Sunbury Road, Hampton, TW12 2DW

Salary:

12.81-13.27 per hour

Hours:

36 Hours (Night Shift), working on a rota including weekends and public holidays



In this rewarding role, you'll work individually and as part of a supportive team to deliver the highest standards of care and companionship to our residents.



What you'll be doing:



Checking on residents throughout the day and night to ensure their wellbeing and comfort Providing personal care with kindness and respect, supporting residents with daily activities while encouraging their independence Helping residents maintain their dignity and self-esteem through patient, compassionate care Contributing to care plans by working alongside residents and their families or representatives Supporting residents to take part in wellbeing and social activities both inside and outside the home Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and your team

What you'll bring:



A professional, reliable, and flexible approach to your work Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A respectful, courteous, patient, and compassionate manner at all times Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
