Job Description


  • To work as part of the staff team to meet the needs of our residents in such a way that shows respect, upholds the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
Person specification:
  • Be self-motivated and organised

  • Be a good communicator
  • Have experience of working in a care home. Level 2/3 diploma in Health and Social Care desirable but not essential,Training can be provided.
  • Be able to work days/evenings/weekends
We are offering excellent rates of pay. We place great emphasis on the importance of training. We offer professional external training, e-learning opportunities and progression through QCF qualifications. Two satisfactory references and a satisfactory DBS will be required for the successful candidate to commence employment. Wage to be discussed during the interview process.
