Job Description

To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards. To ensure Residents retain their dignity ad individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home.

Duties include:

To provide a high standard of care delivery and maintaining the same by supporting and assisting residents, when required, with all aspects of daily living eg washing, dressing/undressing and other aspects of daily living.
Ensure that Residents' physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met by providing attention when required ensuring the residents comfort and dignity are retained.
Assist in the work of social activities by interacting with Residents and helping them continue with hobbies and activities in the Care Home.
Carry out regular checks on Residents at intervals determined by senior staff members.
Provide care and support as identified in care reviews and care and support plans as directed by senior staff members.
The requirement is for 2 dayshift and 2 nightshift positions each covering 37.5 hours per week on a rotational basis.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
