Summary

As a Care Assistant at Right at Home Loughton, Redbridge & Waltham Forest, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our clients. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of assistance and companionship.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Document care plans and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients. Ability to drive is a plus for visiting clients in various locations. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes. A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
