Care Assistant - Hythe

Hours: 2 types of contracts available - 36 hours per week (days) and 36 hours per week (waking nights)

Salary: 23,588.00 per year / 12.60 per hour

We are looking for positive, honest and compassionate people to join our friendly team and play a fundamental part in the lives of the people who use our services.

We pride ourselves on supporting the people who use our services in such a way to enable them to live as independently and dignified a life as possible in their home, so it is essential that a quality driven and holistic service is always maintained.

Essential Criteria:

Able to work as part of a team Able to provide personal care Good communication skills Participate where necessary in social activities, outings/holidays with people using the service Support with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing Maintain confidentiality, honesty and reliability Non-discriminatory and respect for cultural and religious heritage of all people Able to work flexible hours
