We're looking for Care Assistants to help our residents live with dignity, independence, and comfort. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you're caring and dependable, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Helping residents with personal care like washing, dressing, and moving safely Offering friendly conversation, emotional support, and encouragement Assisting at mealtimes and helping with daily routines Supporting hobbies, activities, and time with family or friends Keeping care records up to date using our easy digital system
What we're looking for:
A kind, patient nature and a genuine desire to help others Good communication and basic computer skills Willingness to learn--we'll provide full training NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is helpful but not required
