Sherrington House has an exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to join our team.

No formal qualification is required, we see life experience and personal values as just as important.

We will offer full in-house training and support, given by our experienced team, as well as opportunity to progress within the organisation for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and changes in condition. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care. Uphold a clean and safe environment in the care home, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Full and part time hours available. Various shifts - 7am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 9.00pm. You will also be expected to work alternate weekends.

You will have a chance to work in one of our homes from home and support our residents to live as they choose.

A joining bonus of 200 with a further 200 for any applicant who stays with the company for four months.
