Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in care home. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring they are followed accurately. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition using IT systems. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in both care home settings and client homes.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential. Pay: 12.60 per hour
