Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Care Assistant

with experience in

dementia care

to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Status: Non-sponsorable role

Duties

Follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring personalised support is delivered consistently. Provide sensitive and understanding care to residents living with dementia, supporting their emotional and cognitive well-being. Engage clients in social and meaningful activities, offering companionship to enhance their quality of life. Assist with meals as needed, adhering to the dietary requirements outlined in care plans. Support residents with their mobility needs, ensuring safety and correct use of equipment at all times. Maintain accurate records of client progress and promptly report any changes in health or behaviour to the supervising staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
