As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in various care settings. Your compassionate support will empower residents to maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care tailored to each individual's needs, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, and other health challenges.

What you'll do

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to promote independence and dignity. Assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs and preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive living environment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in living spaces, promoting a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Utilise equipment such as Hoist lifts for safe patient transfers, ensuring comfort during mobility assistance. Engage in patient observation to identify any behavioral or physical changes that may require attention.
