What does a day in the life of our carers look like?
Assisting our valued service users in their own homes around the community
Providing personal care in a way which promotes independence and maintains dignity
Support with food preparation and hydration
Assisting with medication (prompting and ensuring correct medications are taken are the correct times)
Companionship - being there to provide a listening ear when needed
Ensuring the needs of our service users are met according to their care plans
