Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and fostering a supportive environment for individuals in need of assistance.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care. Support residents in daily activities including serving meals. Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the care home environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills. A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others is essential. Ability to work flexibly as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. Hours

The number of hours/shifts is negotiable. Shifts are from 8 am to 3 pm and 3 pm 10 10 pm.
