We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our outstanding team here at Snowdon Care Home.

The position we are recruiting for is a Care Assistant to join our team at Snowdon Care Home

Purpose of role

To support individuals with all aspects of their day to day living, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life. Providing care and support is both a challenging and rewarding experience. You will work as part of a team to provide care to individuals.

Key responsibility

To provide person centred care whilst ensuring dignity, respect and choice are maintained.

Duties Include:

To provide all aspects of personal care To assist with daily living tasks To accurately record completed tasks To perform duties as requested by the manager To support individuals with hobbies and recreations Some domestic duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
