We are actively recruiting carers living in or near the following postcode areas:

of these boroughs. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain independence and dignity while meeting their care needs with compassion and professionalism.

Role Overview: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain independence and dignity while meeting their care needs with compassion and professionalism. Support duties include:
Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Medication prompting and monitoring
Meal preparation and support with nutrition
Light household tasks and shopping
Supporting daily routines and building confidence
Companionship and emotional support
Escorting to appointments or community outings
You may be supporting children, young people, or adults, depending on your experience and client allocation.What We're Looking For:

We're specifically looking for carers with experience in learning disabilities and autism, who are:
Confident managing behaviours that challenge
Experienced supporting non-verbal or limited-verbal clients
Knowledgeable in techniques such as PBS, TEACCH, or sensory integration
Emotionally resilient, patient, and compassionate
Excellent at communication and de-escalation
Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
Comfortable working with both children and adults
We are particularly interested in applicants who:
Have experience working with dementia, Parkinson's, or learning disabilities
Are confident working with children, young people, and adults
Are reliable, kind, and professional
Are flexible and committed to delivering high-quality care
Are excellent communicators
Live in or near the boroughs of Kensington, Chelsea, Westminster, or within 3 miles
Pay & Benefits:
13.85 per hour - Weekdays
14.35 per hour - Weekends
Flexible full-time hours (30-40 per week)
Weekly allocated shifts with consistent scheduling
4 weeks pro-rata annual leave
