25 adults
living with a range ofmental health conditions, learning difficulties, acquired brain injuries, and age-related needs

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and caring individual to join our team as a
Support Worker
.Ideally, you will have experience working within a care home environment and hold
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
(preferred).For the right candidate, there will be
future opportunities for development into a Senior Carer role
.You should also demonstrate:
Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, compassionate approach to supporting others Reliability and a genuine passion for improving people's lives
Hours
3 x 12-hour shifts per week
A consistent rota that supports work-life balanceKey Responsibilities
Supporting residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity, privacy, and safety Encouraging independence and meaningful engagement Accurately recording care delivery using our electronic care planning system Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high standards are maintained
