We're hiring experienced care assistants in the Margate and Ramsgate area to support children with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. If you've worked as a care assistant supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or emotional regulation needs, we'd love to hear from you.

Short shifts. Big impact. You'll be a key part of helping children feel calm, confident, and understood.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a care assistant with us, as our clients live in the community.
