Nettleton Manor Nursing Home is looking for a reliable. kind, caring and compassionate
Health Care Assistants
to support people with various needs in a medium sized Nursing Home near to Caistor.Full and Part time roles are available. Applicants must be flexible. Positions available for both days and nights.
Working hours are between 7.30am-7.30pm or 7.30pm to 7.30am
You must be reliable and motivated to deliver a high standard of care to all our Residents.
Candidates would need to be available to work shifts that include alternate weekends.
Qualifications and experience
Must have atleast one year experience in the Health Care sector Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care Experience and knowledge of dementia and Mental Health is preferable Experience with supporting people with behaviours that challenge is also preferable A good communicator with good verbal and written skills
Full Training and Induction will be provided.
Salary is above minimum wage and negotiable dependent upon qualifications and experience
Immediate interview and start available, following DBS and satisfactory references
Due to the location of the business, candidates should preferably have access to a car.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-16.75 per hour
