Location: Libanus, Brecon, Powys, LD3 8EN
Pay: 12.35 - 12.65 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Up to 40 per week | 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00
Rota: Mix of days & nights | Every other weekend | Issued 2 months in advance

We're looking for a kind and dedicated Carer to join our team at The Mountains Care Home. Your compassion and professionalism will make a real difference to older adults living with dementia and mental health conditions.

About The Mountains

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Mountains provides 24-hour care for adults aged 65+ with Alzheimer's, dementia, and complex needs. Our warm, supportive team delivers truly person-centred care in a peaceful rural setting.

Your Role

Deliver personal care with empathy and dignity Support residents with meals, mobility, and daily routines Follow individualised care plans Provide companionship and reassurance Keep accurate records and report any changes Work flexibly across days and nights as required

What We're Looking For

? QCF/NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
? Previous care experience (essential)
? Knowledge of dementia & mental health support (preferred)
? Calm, compassionate, and respectful approach
? Flexible to work rolling rotas including nights & alternate weekends
