Care Assistant
Job Description
The position is working within a small home for adults with learning disabilities in the Merthyr area. We are currently growing our business and are looking to recruit another 2 members of staff to join our small team. The position will be for 21 hours to include every other Saturday night but there is some flexibility on the makeup of the other hours.
The role will expect the individual to support up to five adults with learning disabilities within Heddfan Residential Home, this encompasses daily living skills and social activities both within and outside of the home.
The ideal candidate would be experienced working with those who have a learning disability and have NVQ / QCF Level2. We are looking for someone outgoing and wants to make a difference, a positive attitude is everything.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Work Location: In person
