Job Description

Care Relief Team are looking to recruit Care Assistant's who are passionate about care to work in the community. Supporting adults to maintain their independance and remain in their own homes.



You are not required to have any previous care experience , however you will need to have the

Right to work in the UK, as we are not able to offer health and care worker visas or sponsorship.

All successful applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Availabitity required - 7am-2pm and 3pm-10pm, Must be flexible on working hours.

Successful applicants must be able to work every other weekend.

Please note, applicants must be able to start from 7am. ( No school hours available at this time).

Rates of pay is 12.90 per hour / 15.00 per hour Bank holiday rate

Paid mileage Paid 40p Per mile between calls

Refer a friend scheme 300 (through Care friends app)

We have fantastic opportunities available for Care Assistants/Support workers to join our expanding team of inspirational Health Care professionals.



Successful candidates will be guaraunteed 20 hours per week for the first three months, although they may be required to work more hours.

All calls are based in this area.

Our carers are required to visit clients in their home and support them with daily tasks.



Skills you should possess for the Care Assistant role:


Candidates must be passionate about caring and willing to develop their skills further You must be friendly and supportive toward vulnerable adults. Reliable and flexible You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with those we support and those around them Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure Understanding the responsibility

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Driving Licence Willingness to learn Strong communication skills Proficiency in English language Basic IT skills are desirable Previous experience in care settings is a plus Ability to work in a team and independently Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients * Ability to follow care plans and provide home care services
