Summary

We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our team in the Midhurst area , you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' well-being by providing tailored care that respects their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Support clients in maintaining their independence and respecting their personal preferences.

Qualifications

Proven experience or interest in home care or related fields. Excellent communication skills in English. Valid driving license Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. Knowledge of care plans and procedures is advantageous.

Pay: 13.82-14.61 per hour
