Late Shift: 14:30/15:00 to 21:15

Mandatory Requirements:
Updated CV.
Right to work (Passport and Share code).
NI Proof - P45/P60/ NI CARD.
2 proof of address - (Utility bills, Bank statement, Credit card statement, HMRC, Council tax bill) not more than 2 months old.
DBS Certificate and must be on the update service.
A minimum of 6 months of working experience in the UK as an HCA/Support Worker
Moving and Handling Practical Face-to-Face training certificate.
Online Trainings - Equality & Diversity, Dementia Care, Fire and Safety, First Aid Awareness, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Medication Awareness, Mental Capacity, DoLS, Safeguarding of Adults and Children.
Minimum 2 References which cover past 5 years of work history.
Birth Certificate.
Passport-size photograph.
Police Clearance Certificate (Foreign Candidates only)
Driving Licence is a plus
