Due to recent expansion, we're looking for

Care Assistants

to support people either in their own homes or in care home settings --

you can choose the shift style that suits you best!

Where you'll be working:

We have work in Morecambe, Lancaster, Carnforth, Kendal & Surrounding Areas.

?

What You'll Be Doing:

Depending on the shift type you are looking for, you could be working in:

Home Care (Community-Based):

Support people with daily tasks like personal care, dressing, and meal prep Travel between clients' homes Provide companionship and promote independence

Care Home (On-Site Shifts):

Assist residents with personal care and routines within a care home environment Work closely with care teams to provide consistent, compassionate support Help create a safe, friendly, and engaging space
Across both roles, you'll:

Follow person-centred care plans Record care notes and report any concerns Build meaningful relationships with those you care for Take part in ongoing training and digital system updates
?

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in care is a

bonus

, but not essential - we provide full training Excellent communication and listening skills Basic IT skills for updating care records

Full UK driving licence

and your own vehicle (for home care shifts) A real passion for making a difference

Desirable:

Being on the

DBS Update Service

(not required - we'll help you apply if needed)
