Overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with Learning disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the well-being of our service users.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individual care plans based on the needs of each service user
- Promote choice and independence
- Support service users with mobility and physical activities
- Assist service users with medication
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for service users

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- A valid UK driving licence is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous

Pay: 12.20-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 42 per week
