We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate
Care Assistants
to join our growing team. You will be working on behalf of a
CQC-registered care provider
delivering high-quality care packages to individuals in their own homes.
This is a rewarding role where you will support people living with a range of complex health needs, helping them maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.
You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
to apply for this role.
The role will involve supporting clients with:
Motor neurone disease
Parkinson's disease
Multiple sclerosis
Huntington's disease
Muscular dystrophy
Cerebral palsy
Locked-in syndrome
Microcephaly
Acquired or traumatic brain injuries
Spinal injuries
Long-term tracheostomy and ventilator support
Paediatric complex care
Learning disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personal care and support with daily living activities
Monitoring and recording the client's condition and wellbeing
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility, medication, and nutritional needs
Supporting families and other healthcare professionals involved in care
What we're looking for:
Must be a car driver with your own vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent, clear, and understandable spoken English
A caring, patient, and respectful approach to care
Previous care experience is essential
