As a Care Assistant, you'll be working in the community, supporting clients with personal care and daily living tasks. You'll help promote their independence, dignity, and well-being, enabling them to live safely and comfortably at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting Assist with medication Perform light housekeeping (e.g. cleaning, changing bed linen) Safely lift, reposition, and transfer clients Accompany clients to appointments or outings Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being Support with community access and encourage social activities Offer companionship through sitting services
