What You'll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Every day is different, but your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting in a respectful and dignified manner
Supporting mobility needs, including use of hoists, walking aids, or transfers
Preparing nutritious meals and snacks based on dietary needs and preferences
Providing light housekeeping, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
Building meaningful relationships through friendly conversation and emotional reassurance
Communicating with the office and other team members to ensure the best possible care

What You'll Need

Essential Requirements
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - you'll be travelling between client visits
The right to work in the UK
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Good spoken and written English skills for communicating with clients and documenting visits
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
