dedicated Care Assistants
to join our friendly and supportive team.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents with their day-to-day needs, including:
Personal care and hygiene
Mealtimes and social activities
Attending appointments and supporting health and wellbeing
Encouraging independence through shopping, cooking, and household tasks
Promoting confidence and life skills in a safe, respectful environment
You will follow personalised support plans and work closely with each individual to help them achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
