Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals in a care home setting.

Duties

Deliver compassionate and attentive care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure that all care needs are met. Assist clients with personal care needs. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition. Complete relevant training to enhance skills and knowledge related to care practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills in Welsh and English desirable both written and verbal but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
