The role and key responsibilities are:

Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with the national care standards policies and procedures. Document efficiently and effectively at all times. Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs. Act as a key worker to a number of residents, providing friendship and supporting their needs and taking part in social activities. Accompany residents to hospital appointments. Show warmth and support to all our residents and their families, helping to promote independence and dignity to positively enhance the lives of our residents. Communicate effectively and professionally with relatives and stakeholders. Attend training as and when required.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Desirable:

SVQ 3 SSSC Registered
You must be available to work shifts across 7 days including weekends.
